Chihiro Sugiyama is the founder, sole owner, and designer of the apparel brand HEX ANTISTYLE, and holds its registered trademark (Trademark Registration No.: 4675619). He is currently the brand’s sole principal, owner, designer, and director, and all of its current creative output is his own work.

HEX ANTISTYLE is an active, ongoing apparel brand rooted in the 1980s, skaters, skateboarding, and skaterock—encompassing hardcore punk, thrash metal, speed metal, crossover thrash, Venice hardcore, and related subcultures—as well as horror films and the occult. Drawing on these cultures and musical influences, the brand fuses them with contemporary fashion. The brand remains active, and items from the SQUAD labels are available through its official online shop, Shot Shell.

Beyond fashion design, Chihiro is a multidisciplinary creator working across graphic design, illustration, art direction, metalwork, and prototype fabrication. HEX ANTISTYLE — The core apparel brand of SQUAD. Founded 1999–2000. Rooted in the 1980s, skaters, skateboarding, and skaterock — encompassing hardcore, thrash metal, speed metal, crossover thrash, Venice hardcore, and more — along with horror film and the occult, fusing these subcultures and music with contemporary fashion.
